No.: HPM/PMH-018157 DESCRIPTION: Hilt of dark bone, with truncated ears. Band and continuation of the hilt and leaf-shaped decoration on the blade of metal. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved, with a narrow fuller along the ridge. On the blade on one side is a silver damascened plant and linear ornament, and on the other side an Arabic inscription that in translation runs: '1224.
