DESCRIPTION: A hilt of yellow bone, with quite large truncated ears and a gilt metal band, on which the decoration is of filigree and seven longish grooved corals. On the continuation of the hand filigree decoration of ringlet, and on the leaf-shaped part a filigree decoration. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved, with two narrow fullers along the ridge. On one side of the blade, a silver damascened medallion with the seal of Solomon, in the centre of which a rosette is inscribed. On the other side an Arabic translation that in translation runs: 'Made by Osman, owner Ali Aga. 1254. (AH)'. Wants scabbard. Found in Bosnia. Donated by Ivan Pajlok, teacher in Zagreb.??
