No.: HPM/PMH-003071 DESCRIPTION: Hilt of dark yellow bone, with faceted ears. The joining band of metal, filigree decorated, and remains of mounting, in which there is decorative stone. Continuation of the hilt and leaf-shaped decoration of the blade of metal, filigree decorated. On the continuation of the blade, filigree ringlet decoration. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved, with two narrow fullers along the ridge. On one side of the blade, silver damascened medallion with sign of the solar circle, with spiral in the centre, and on the other side an Arabic inscription that in translation runs: 'Made by Salih, owner and possessor Hasan Aga.
