DESCRIPTION: Band of copper, decorated with filigree work and decorative stones. Continuation of the blade simple, and the leaf-shaped decoration on the blade is decorated with filigree work. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved, with a single narrow fuller along the ridge. On one side of the blade silver damascened rosette in a medallion and on the other side a damascened Arabic inscription , that in translation runs: 'Made by Hadji Ibrahim, owner Husein. The year 1285. (AH). // I rely upon my Creator, His slave'. Wants scabbard. Found during ploughing somewhere between Rakovica and Dreznik in 1909. Purchased from Marijan Glavan in Zagreb in 1953.
