DESCRIPTION: A hilt of yellow bone, with truncated ears. Band, continuation of the hilt and leaf-shaped decoration of the blade of copper gilt, decorated with filigree work. On the continuation of the hilt, filigree decoration of ringlets. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved, with two narrow fullers along the ridge. On one side of the blade a silver damascened plant and linear decoration, and on the other side a partially legible Arabic inscription that in translation runs: 'Made by Ali, owner Mehmed'. Remainder of the inscription illegible. Scabbard of wood, entirely covered in ornamental brass. From the former War Museum in Zagreb.
