    DESCRIPTION:
    Hilt of dark bone, with smallish, rounded ears, decorated with hammered lead and brass nails, ringlets and small yellow-green decorative plates. Band of metal, decorated with serrated lines on the edge. Continuation of the hilt of brass, with leaf-shaped decoration of the blade with baroque ornamentation, wound around a stylised solar circle. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved. On one side of the blade, ornamentation with very freely stylised seal of Solomon or sun sign, and on the other side an impressed mark with the name 'Ferid' and an illegible inscription. Wooden scabbard, fully covered with leather. In the upper part of the sheath, a brass button.
