Band of brass, grooved. Leaf-shaped ornament of the blade of brass decorated with impressed rosettes. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved. On one side of the blade a brass wire damascened seal of Solomon and on the other an Arabic inscription in which only the name 'Ahmed' is legible. Wooden scabbard, to a great extent covered in metal.
