    DESCRIPTION:
    Hilt of ivory, with small semicircular ears. Band and continuation of the hilt of iron, decorated with gilt vine scrolls. The blade is of steel, single-edged, curved, with two narrow fullers along the hilt. On both sides of the blade, gilt vine scroll ornaments with Arabic wording that in translation runs 'Made by Ibrahim 1262. (AH), owner Hasan Aga. // Heart, for the sake of one soul, do not offend every soul.' Scabbard, wooden, covered in black leather, mounted on mouth and tip in brass. On the upper mounting, a leather loop.
    Point of the blade is missing.
