DESCRIPTION: Hilt of reddish-yellow bone with two smallish, slightly truncated ears. Band of copper, with decoration of filigree rosettes and varicoloured glass faux stones. On the original continuation of the hilt, a ringlet decoration. Blade one-edged, curved, with a narrow fuller along the ridge. On one side of the blade in a dotted pattern, an Arabic inscription is made with the names of the craftsman and the owner of the weapon that translates: 'Made by Osman, owner Muhamed'. On the other side of the blade a number of commas in concentric sequence. Wants scabbard. Purchased from an antique shop in Zagreb, 1978.
